We specialize in architectural and landscape photography. We help architects and contractors highlight the aesthetic and functional amenities of their projects. We assist realtors by presenting their property listings in an artistic fashion that attracts potential buyers. We provide that same service to vacation rental companies in terms of attracting vacationers to their properties for short and long term stays.
What, Where, How Much, How Many,
When, Who, & What To Do
The difference between architectural and real estate photography:
Architectural photography attempts to capture a structure the way the architect meant for it to be experienced. Real estate photography attempts to capture a property (usually a home), the way a buyer might experience it. Real estate photography often incorporates lifestyle imagery and more context with regard to a floor-plan, landscaping, views, and amenities.

The number of photos you can expect to receive:
The number of images we produce depends on the size of the property and the number of rooms in the home. We provide at least one photograph for both the front and rear of the property, and for each room. We also include multiple photographs for particular amenities on the property and significant rooms like the living room, kitchen, family room, and master bedroom.
Turn-around time:
Our turnaround-time is usually less than 48 hours. The photos can be delivered via Dropbox, email and/or flashdrive.
Ownership of the photographs:
You are paying for the services and the photographs we provide. In so doing, you acquire the rights to the photographs. We will seek permission from you if we want to include one or more of your photographs on our website.
Preparation for photography session:
Typically properties are cleaned, organized, and staged to look their best by the homeowner and/or agent prior to the photo shoot. If we see something that we think is out of place, we'll let you know. A "prep sheet" will be provided to you once the photo shoot has been scheduled. We can also supply help with staging.
